At Mirror My Day we have a simple philosophy on life, “Make someone smile today, sleep well tonight” and that’s what we bring to our Mirror Photo experience. From the moment your guests walk up to our mirror they will be greeted with a smile and helped through the interactive mirror experience by one of our fun facilitators. We choose not to call them "attendants" as they will do so much more than just look after the booth.
Our founders, Debbie and Ian, have years of experience in customer service and training where getting the best out of people really counts.
Debbie comes from a customer service background having worked in customer facing and in-store trainer roles. She has a passion for getting the very best from people and does so with a beaming smile and cheerful demeanour. During events, she is the one who is generally encouraging people into the Mirror’s VIP area or gently persuading them to sign the guest book.
Ian has a sales and customer service background as well as a lifelong passion for photography that has often been a semi-professional role for him. He embodies the “Make someone smile today, sleep well tonight” mantra. During events, he is the one making sure everyone knows what to do with the mirror or encouraging people to smile for the pictures. He’s also in control of the “retake” button so will make sure everyone is happy before they hit the “print” button.
